Warmups for this weekends competition at the Eugene City Invitational are: Friday, 12/3 - warmups @ 3:00pm, starting @ 4:30pm. Sat. & Sun. for Ag’rs: 7:45am with start @ 9:00am. Sat. & Sun. for 11-14’s are: 12:00 noon with start @ 1:15pm. Coaches Kei and Sean will be the coaches on deck.

Attention Bearcats we are going to have a team dinner next week on wed Dec 10th at 7pm. Sorry for the late notice coordinating schedules was hard to do since everyone is so busy. Were going to have a pizza feed at Englewood elementary. I need a head count so there’s enough pizza for everyone so please RSVP as soon as possible. RSVP to Tracie Evenson (503)606-0202 tracieevenson@aol.com. We will probably ask each family to contribute at least $5 per family this will cover cost for pizza, beverage, plates and napkins. I was able to get the gym for free to help keep costs down. I would also like to ask each family to bring a dessert to dinner. Anyone interested in helping with set up and clean up please contact me. Any help you can give would be much appreciated. Set up time will be 6pm dinner will be at 7pm. Some of the kids have expressed an interest in doing picture boards for the dinner so if you have any pictures at home that you would like to donate please bring them to the pool and put them in the Evenson folder. Here is a brief reminder about some upcoming events.
1) Plan an evening with the coaching staff and club members in celebration of the past year’s award winners, and Holiday party. This is planned by Tracie Evenson, and everyone should have received an invitation. The event is scheduled for Wed., 12/10, 7pm, at Engelwood Elementary school. As such, there will be no practice that evening. Hope to see as many there as possible.
2) Coach Kate will be taking down signup sheets for the next three (3) meets. Yes, the next 3! So, get your name on the signups to minimize late entries and hassles.
3) Warmups for this weekend’s competition in Eugene are: Friday, 3pm - meet starts @ 4pm. Sat/Sun 10 & unders w/ups are at: 7:45 with meet start at 9am. Sat/Sun w/ups for 11-14’s are at noon, with meet start at 1pm.

Bearcats - Thank you all for the RSVP’s. I have had a few questions on cost for the dinner. Originally I said $5 per family not knowing exactly how much everything would cost. I was able to get pizza’s for $8 and then napkins, forks, plates and pop and water. After calculating out everything though, the cost is actually more so it would help if everyone could pitch in $10 per family and also bring a dessert. Sorry that I wasn’t able to keep the cost down even more, I did my best!
T-shirts will also be for sale at the party, prices will be listed at the dinner. We will also have a raffle for the table centerpieces that were donated by Tucker Tree Farm (The Page family) so make sure you purchase those. It should be a fun night ~ looking forward to seeing you all there! Thanks,

P.S. I was wondering if you could pass on that I am doing improvement labels for the last 2 meets, mcswimvillle and eugene. If any kids need just a few for a plaque or shingle let me know so I can order them one and announce their name at the function this wednesday. Kate
