Dear Families:
Again, this is another brief update, as I’ve added a few names to the listing and want them to make sure they receive it.
Wed, 9/19 - Potluck and suit try-ons. Garden behind the pool. If unsure of what to bring, always bring a salad or dessert. There will be practice for AG’rs because the potluck is during their practice, but will be for seniors and preps.
Meet signups - check out the dates of the competitions on the bulletin board upstairs in the balcony, and sign up for the appropriate dates and days. If you need assistance, ask some of the families or coaches for help. Coaches assign events and strokes for the swimmers.
Billing statements were put in swimmers folders last nite. Check them and insure the information is correct.
Evening practice times have changed as of Monday, to the following: AG1 - Tu/Th, 6:30-7:30, AG2 - MWF, 6:30-7:30, AG3 - M-F, 6:30-7:30, Sr. Preps - M-F 5:00-6:30, Seniors - M-F 5:00-6:30pm.

Dear Families:
Here are some updates for all:
1) Potluck dinner for all is Wed., 9/19 in the Garden behind the pool. I believe it starts @6:00pm, and an earlier email listed foods responsible by alphabetical last names. I hope to see you all there to “meet and greet”.
2) Practice times have changed, in case we missed someone. Seniors and Senior Preps are 5-6:30pm, with the other three younger groups 6:30-7:30 still on their respective days. Again, this was due to Willamette’s swim team starting practice.
3) Several of you have asked for billing statements. I am trying to get them to you, but my computer software is not being friendly, and being analyzed. I will print them as soon as I can, and place in your folders. Again, monthly dues & fees are now: AG1 = $48, AG2 = $60, AG3 = $72, Sr.Preps = $88, Srs. = $123
4) Kate has asked me to send a “last chance” for the earliest meet signups. She will be taking the first couple meets signup sheets down tonite.
5) Lastly, if there is someone not listed on this email, let me know or have them contact me. I know of one - the Evenson’s. Feel free to pass this on.

This is just a reminder that there is a potluck on Wednesday from 6:00-7:30pm. We will be trying on and purchasing the team swim suits during this time, toward the end of the night Kate will be giving out awards. The pricing on the suits are women’s $38, girls youth $37, boys youth $26, and mens $27. These suits are the Speedo Velocity Splice in black and gold. Please bring your own drinks, plates and silverware will be provided. Paents, I have recieved an unpaid balance for our warm ups we all ordered from JD Pence. Going over and over our bill with Cecile, from JD Pence, I have under charged for the pants, and the silk screening.. I will put up a sheet at the pool stating how much you owe to JD Pence. The price will vary depending on sizes and name type. One name is less than two. Please know that I have fought this every step of the way and have done my best to avoid this. It is my belief that JD Pence has been misleading with me and our huge team order. But be that as it may, we must pay our remaining balance. Please make the check out to JD Pence and leave it in my folder. Ok, another issue. The jackets are starting to crack on the lettering in the back. I have also told Cecile this and this is her statement. Send them all back to be fixed. The turn around time on this is one week, we will have them all back before our first meet. You can start leaving your jackets with me at the pool, I’ll keep them in a locked closet unitil the pick up time. If you find your jacket in good condition then great, but I do believe in time they will crack. I want the best for our team and so any concerns, please have it replaced. JD Pence will be at the pool next Friday Sept 14 @ 5:30 to pick all jackets. Unfortunately this will not change the amount due for silk screening.
