It is posted on the bulletin board at the pool.. the rooms are being held at the Holiday Inn Express in Troutdale for 73.00 plus tax and will be released the 22 or 23rd if they are not reserved.

The 10 and under state meet are this Saturday and Sunday. Saturday’s warmups are at12:00 and Sunday’s are 8:30. This meet is being held at the Albany pool.
North or South bound: 1-5 to exit 233 onto Hwy 20 (Santiam Hwy). Travel west on Hwy 20 (Santiam Hwy) to Waverly. Turn left on Waverly Drive to 36th Ave. Pool is on the left just past the stadium

Just a reminder that there is a nutrition lecture on tomorrow July 12 from 6-7 pm in the Currey class room, which is next to the pool. Please sign up some we know how many will be there. Parents are welcome to attend. If you have any questions let me know.

There will be practice on Friday for all those who are not at the meets. It will be at 5:15 and will be an open practice for anyone.
Also, coach Tim lost his Olympus digital camera on Wednesday sometime either during the time at the aquatic center or at the awards dinner. If anyone saw it or picked it up could they please let Tim know.

Here is the info for the ECSC meet for the 12 and under. Warm ups are as follows:
Fri 8:30 warm ups with finals at 9:30
Sat and Sun 7:30 with finals at 8:30
This is an outdoor meet, some come prepared

Echo Hollow Pool 1655 Echo Hollow Rd. Eugene, OR 97402 I-5 N & S, Exit 195B to Beltline Road West. Continue to Barger Road (1st stoplight), left on Barger Road, right on Echo Hollow Road, proceed to pool.

Here is the info for the Bend meet this weekend for the 13 and over. Sorry if this is late for some of you.
Friday & Saturday: Prelim Warm ups: 7:30am-8:30am Prelims: 8:45am to conclusion. Friday & Saturday: Finals Warm up 5:00pm Finals: 6:00pm
Sunday: Warm ups: 7:30am Timed Finals only 8:45am
We will swim a “B” final of 8 swimmers, followed by the “A” final of 8 swimmers.
The 800m freestyles will be swum 2 per lane, fastest to slowest, alternating girls and boys.
Coaches meeting at 8:30am each morning in hospitality area.
ALL EVENTS WILL BE DECK SEEDED.

From Hwy. 97 (3rd St.), turn east on Hwy. 20 (Greenwood Ave) then right on 6th St. Pool complex is located at the end of 6th St. in Juniper Park.
Outdoor Pool, 8 lanes (8ft width), non-turbulent lane lines, 50m length. Dactronics Timing with pads will be used.

There will be a nutrition lecture on July 12th from 6-7pm. This will be put on be a dietician, who is a triathlete, to help the kids with their eating habits. The goal is to get the kids eating foods that will fuel their bodies for practice and races. We hope that this will make them healthier and better swimmers. Please sign up at practice.
