Good morning everyone!!
This will be my last email out to everyone. As many of you may know, our family is moving to the Chicago area in the very near future. Randy Rasmussen, (has a daughter in group 3), has kindly offered to take over the emailing duties. If you know of anyone who may be getting missed on email, please have them either contact him at the pool or leave a note in his daughter’s file on pool deck. It may take a little while for the kinks to be worked out. Also, emails get posted automatically to the Bearcat website.
We have enjoyed our time with the Bearcats and we will miss everyone!!
Jen

Parents:
Here is another opportunity to get in a quick meet. Corvallis will be hosting a dual meet on June 22nd. It will be held at 4 pm - 6:30 pm. Limit 3 events per swimmer. I believe it is going to swam in the 25 yard pool. This is a B/C meet and great opportunity for the kids.
This should take the place of practice. For those that are swimming at Mt. Hood the next day and remainder of the weekend, please talk to your swimmer(s) coach regarding if they should participate.
Thanks!
Jen
Parents:
PLEASE SEE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION REGARDING THE MT. HOOD MEET. Also included is the warm up times for the meet.

To all teams attending the MHST June Open 2006:
I wanted to touch base with all of the teams on a couple of key points regarding our meet this year — we are glad to have you attend and it promises to be a great meet with lots of competitive swims!
1. The C Meet and the AB 13&O afternoon session are both completely filled at this point and we can no longer accept any new additions to these sessions. 2. The AB 12&Under morning session is almost completely filled at this point as well with just a few openings left. 3. Please note that Thursday evening’s session (1,500’s) will start 1 hour earlier than previously stated in the meet information. This means that warm-ups will be at 4 p.m. with timed finals at 5:00 p.m. 4. Please note that all swimmers in the 1,500 should provide a minimum of 2 timers per swimmer (as well as a lap counter). If you have a swimmer who might be going for a state record, please have them provide 3 timers. We will be swimming 2 swimmers per lane and therefore will not be able to use the pad times. 5. Given the timelines as listed below, we would greatly appreciate any scratches that you can provide in advance, helping to decrease the our timelines as much as possible. 6. Also, this meet is very large and we would appreciate any help that you can provide us with regard to officials attending this meet. Obviously, we will need as much help as possible, thus allowing the officials the break times that they will need with this being such a large and extended meet. Please e-mail me with what officials your team may be able to provide and perhaps what sessions they are available to help out at agreena833@aol.com. Any help in this regard is GREATLY appreciated.
If I can be of further assistance, please do let me know. We look forward to having you attend!! Thanks again, Julie Greenaway Meet Director Mt. Hood Swim Team 503-667-4465 503-804-8743 (cell).
