Bearcat Swim Club Adds Coaching Depth

Bearcat Swim Club is pleased to announce the hiring of Tim LaDuke as Assistant Coach.  Coach Tim currently is the Head Coach for the Salem YMCA Sharks.  He has held the position of Head Coach at the Sharks for the last three years.  He also is the head boys and girls high school coach at North Salem High School.  Prior to coaching high school and the YMCA, Tim worked with Bearcats.  We are excited to bring Coach Tim back to the club with more experience and knowledge of swimming.  It also provides more depth and a better coach to swimmer ratio.  He will finish his season this summer with the YMCA Sharks and join our club in September for the short course season.  Coach Tim will work with the age group and senior prep programs.  Pleas welcome Tim to the Bearcat family this fall!
